During this pandemic, the number of worshipers who can be safely accommodated in our sanctuary is limited (the limit will vary depending on conditions). Because of this, you MUST register prior to each service in order to be part of the congregation. To join the congregation for our next service:
1: Policies and Forms
Read the Safety Policies and sign the Health & Indemnity Release form. In order to be part of the congregation, you must sign and submit this form before each service.
2: Register for Each Service
Register (either by phone or electronically).
- To register by Phone, call the church office (856-589-8313).
- To register electronically, fill out the Online Reservation Form (below).
The “Covid Safety for Worship” page has further information on:
- Covid Safety Policy
- Indemnity Release Form
- Office hours for telephone reservations.

Fill out the following form for each service to be attended and click the “Submit” button. One reservation will apply for an entire family, but you cannot reserve more than one week in advance. In the event that the reservation limit is exceeded, the affected date will not be accessible in the form’s “date” field. If you have never registered, please include contact information (your email address and/or phone number).

After clicking the “Submit” button, you should see a green box below saying “Your form was successfully submitted.” If this box doesn’t appear, look for error messages (in red), correct them, and click “Submit again….
