“Why” Categories
The WHY post category indicates Why a post was made. Any post serves one of three purposes:
EVENT ANNOUNCEMENT
This is probably the most likely reason for creating a post. This message gives the details of an upcoming event. Or, sometimes an “event” is simply the announcement of something new (such as the release of a schedule).
EVENT REPORT
After an event has occurred, these messages describe what happened.
GODPRINT
The purpose of anything we do at PUMC is to turn people’s attention to God (or using church-speak, to “Glorify Him”. Godprints aren’t tied to any specific event. Godprints are messages that share insights or teachable moments, or that give accounts of times of inspiration where God’s touch was felt.
