The Our Father’s House pre-school has been providing kids with quality preschool instruction and a nurturing environment since we opened its doors in the Fall of 2009. We are now in our 6th year. But during that time, all of our classes have met for only half a day. We’ve offered morning sessions or afternoon sessions, but never a full day session.
Starting next Fall, that will change! All of our half day classes will still be available. However, parents of 4 year olds (pre-kindergarten) will also have the option of enrolling their child in a full day program. The class will be held three days a week (Tues-Wed-Thurs) from 8:45 until 2:45. Children will be asked to bring their own lunch, but time will be provided in the middle of the day for lunch, play, and rest. After this noontime break, instruction will continue. The added time will give the kids a chance to learn more about math and to experience the world around them by participating in science experiments. We will also include more language arts and literacy readiness activities. We’re excited by this opportunity; not only to prepare our children for Kindergarten, but also to provide a safe and Godly environment that will give some space to busy parents.
Enrollment for the ’15-’16 school year is now open (and we are always open to additional students who want to join this year’s classes).
