The 2026 Vacation Bible School is upon us! Last year, we discovered what our “True North” is and how we can set our compasses to trust Jesus in a “wild world.” This year we’ll head for the Rainforest Falls and discover what it means to be rooted in relationship with God.
The word “Nature” conjures up images of things like stars, sunsets, oceans, flowers and mountains. God’s creation is totally awesome. But, God Himself is awesome too! This year’s VBS will guide us to be awed by everything that God is and to thank Him for everything that He lovingly provides.
All are invited to become part of this experience. Here are the details:
WHAT: Rainforest Falls: Exploring the Nature of God
WHEN: Monday June 29 thru Friday July 3
TIME: Starts at 6:00 PM. Ends around 8:00 PM
WHERE: Pitman United Methodist Church (directions)
WHO: All kids! Nursery through 6th grade
COST: No way!!!! Absolutely free.

How’s this Gonna Work???
Each evening will last about 2 hours and follow a 4-part format:
- Sing and Play Toon Lagoon (opening songs and introductions in the Sanctuary)
- Each “crew” will then rotate through a set of four stations:
- Sticky Scripture
- Wild Games
- Imagination Station
- Rooted Bible Adventures
- Along the way we’ll stop for some snacks at “Treetop Treats” (Fellowship Hall)
- Canopy Closing (all gather in the Sanctuary)
