It seems that infectious diseases are having more and more of an impact on our lives.  In January we hosted a COVID vaccination clinic.  In March we will host a flu vaccination clinic. The vaccination will be administered by the Gloucester County Department of Health & Human Services.

Here are the details:

WHO:  Any Gloucester County Resident (proof of residency will be required)

WHAT:  Vaccination against the current flu strain

WHEN:  Thursday March 2, 2023

TIMEs:  From 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM

WHEREPUMC Fellowship Hall (enter via the parking lot doors)

COST:   Absolutely free!

RESERVATIONS Nope.  Just come.

Yep- the clinic will only be open for one hour, but it won’t take long to receive your shot.  It is late in the usual flu season, but the flu is circulating around.  If you haven’t received the vaccination it’s still worth doing.

For further information, visit the Gloucester County Health and Human Services webpage:

Before receiving the vaccine, you must sign a short “Consent Form.”  It will only take a minute, but you can save some time by filling it out in advance.  Print it out, fill it out, and bring it with you.  To download the form and to view further instructions, click the below button (it will take you to a PFD file that’s on the Gloucester County website):

Gloucester County is offering other clinics during February and March.  If you can’t make it to PUMC’s clinic, perhaps one of the others would be more coinvent.  Here’s the flyer from the County’s Department of Health and Human Services:
