Palm Sunday is a time of hope. The entry of the Messiah into our midst reminds that God is in control, that there is always
hope. During this year’s Palm Sunday service, our choirs will present a cantata which will express this hope using scripture and the language of music.
Let’s worship together on the morning of April 10 and discover the Hope that overcomes any darkness; the Hope that only Jesus provides.
“Hope In God”- Palm Sunday Cantata
WHEN: Sunday April 10, 2022 (Palm Sunday)
TIME: During the 10:15 AM worship service
WHERE: In the Sanctuary, and also broadcast on our Live Stream
WHO: For everyone. We all need hope!
We’re Back!
The existence of this cantata is in itself an example of hope fulfilled. During the pandemic, there was no choir; singing could
spread the virus and we needed to take every precaution. But we always had a confident hope that we would someday be able to return to the loft. Recently, Thursday evening rehearsals have resumed and the choir is glad to be back in the loft, singing God’s praises.
At a recent rehearsal, we took the following “Selfie.” It’s good to be back!
