April 15! What unpleasant duty does that date conjure up? IRS??? Well, think again… what PLEASANT event does that date also mean?
Saturday April 15 is the date of our Eighth Annual Easter Egg Hunt! April 15 means EGG!
From 11:00AM until 1:00 PM our parking lot and Fellowship Hall will be the site of some Eggciting Activity- Lunch, a “special presentation” (magic show?), and of course, the Big Hunt on our lawn. The Easter Egg Hunt will be held Rain or Shine!
Last year, over 7000 plastic eggs were filled with goodies and given to our hunters. Bring your kids! Bring yourself!!! The hunt is open to the entire community.
Here’s a look at the hunt we held a few years ago…
looking for donations of plastic Easter eggs, small wrapped candy, or some cash to purchase the items. Collection boxes have been placed in the Fellowship Hall and in the downstairs education wing across from the kindergarten Sunday school room.
Hosts and help during the Hunt will also be needed. If you are interested in volunteering or have any questions please see Stef Kier or Jen Patrick.
