Angels of God is a ministry that seeks to help people by providing little used clothing and other household items. People can shop the Angels of God “store” (on Broadway in Pitman), pick out what they need, and then “check out” without paying. Although not directly connected with PUMC, we have been supporting this important ministry in many ways over the years.
Currently, two collections for Angels of God are being made in our church:
Our Angels of God Small Group
One of our Small Groups, “Reflecting God’s Love” meets in the Angels of God facility each week. During the past month, they placed a 
collection box in the Narthex to help Angels of God with Toiletries items.
They collected donations until the end of February in the box in the Narthex. Donated items such as: men’s and women’s deodorant, shampoo, shaving cream, razors, bar soap, feminine protection, toothbrushes, and toothpaste will soon stock the Angels’ shelves.
Youth Voice
If you missed the “Reflecting God’s Love” collection, you have another chance to help Angels of God…
Youth Voice is collecting donations of new socks and underwear from now through March 10th to help youth and families in need! The goal is to collect 1000 pairs of new socks and underwear of any size!
Your donations will be split between Angels of God Clothing Closet and The Sunday Love Project in Philadelphia. A collection box can be found in the Narthex.
