The following was published in Duane & Alice’s December 2013 newsletter. It features a message written by their boss (earthly one, that is!)…
Here is what my boss says about our being here in Orlando…

“It was the best news in 2013 when the HR department told me that Duane and Alice would be joining the International Financial Management team (IFM) for this year.
“I got to know them while living in Germany and was part of their wedding in 1993. I was delighted to have such friends join us, but I am particularly thrilled to have a person with Duane’s experience and expertise in accounting, financial reporting and auditing on our team.
“Hundreds of CCC staff members from over 100 countries have ministry partners in the U.S. These partners would not be able to give to these staff members were it not for Duane, who sets up the channels for these gifts. And those gifts would not be transmitted to the recipients if Duane didn’t do his part in sending significant amounts of money each month to over 150 countries.
“Ministry partners and leadership need reports on how monies are spent and what the financial situation and impact is around the world. Duane is involved in collecting, analyzing and compiling this information, so that the resources the Lord has given His people can be in the right place at the right time.
“The Walters’ desire to serve where needed and willingness to do it ‘behind the scenes’ is accelerating the building of movements everywhere – so that everybody will know somebody who truly follows Jesus.
