Jesus’ response to the trap was brilliant:”Whose image is on that coin? Then give to Caesar what belongs to Caesar, but give to God what belongs to God.” It blew His questioners away.

Churches Fill the Gaps during Summer Vacation! (6/20/18- )

It’s Summer! The kids are out of school… and school lunches have stopped for the summer.
The churches of Pitman are helping to fill the gap by distributing lunch boxes to children throughout the summer. We are also offering hygiene products that aren’t covered by food stamps.

Pitman Camp Meeting Celebrates 2018 Season (6/24 – 8/26)

For nearly 150 years, the summer season ushers in the Pitman Camp Meeting. On each Sunday evening throughout the summer, Christians will gather in the Pitman Grove Auditorium to sing, pray, and worship. The services begin at 7 PM, and the season runs from June 24 through August 26. All are welcome!

Unbottled Support for Babies! (5/13/2018)

We’re celebrating Mother’s Day AND Father’s Day by helping expectant Moms give birth to healthy babies who will be nurtured by a loving family. Between these two special Sundays, we’ll fill Baby Bottles with our spare change. On Father’s Day, we’ll donate our filled bottles to Choices of the Heart.

The Our Fathers House Book Fair is Open! (4/16/18)

For many years, the Our Father’s House Preschool has held Book Fairs. Not only do these fairs help support the preschool financially, but they also put books into the hands of children (and the parents who read to them). This year’s Spring Fair is being held from 4/16 through 4/19.

Easter is over. All of the plans, dinners, and holidays are finished. It’s time to get back to normal. But what was “Normal” for the disciples? They were totally drained. Worn out by worry and fear. Doesn’t that happen to us? Do we sometimes feel that we’re running on fumes?
