The 34th annual Pitman – Glassboro CROP Walk will be held on Sunday October 19 (rain or shine), starting at 2PM.

This ecumenical  Walk is organized by several churches in Pitman and Glassboro.  Participating are 7 churches from Pitman and 4 from Glassboro.  Walkers line up sponsors who pledge either on a per mile basis, or who simply pledge a fixed amount for each walker they sponsor.  Two routes are available (one mile or five miles).

The walk begins and ends at the  Sunset Auditorium on Laurel Avenue in Pitman.   We’ll gather at 1:30 PM to get things started, and then the walk will begin at 2:00 PM.   In addition to the funds raised by sponsors, food items will be donated to the Pitman Food Pantry.  Please bring a jar of peanut butter or box of dry cereal to help feed those in our immediate area.

For sponsor forms and other information, please see Fletcher Blohm or send an email to CROP@PitmanUMC.org.
