I have just published a book on the American Camp Meeting Movement called: “Cottage Communities” and it is available on Amazon. Pitman Grove is shown and discussed in the book. I went to over 50 Camp Meetings from Boulder, CO, to Mississippi to Maine in the research for this book. There are many photos, maps, illustrations as well as history, planning, and cottage design. Pitman is a fascinating place!
