{"id":6458,"date":"2015-03-30T09:01:48","date_gmt":"2015-03-30T13:01:48","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/pitmanumc.org\/wp\/?p=6458"},"modified":"2015-04-07T16:24:20","modified_gmt":"2015-04-07T20:24:20","slug":"pumc-joins-community-to-celebrate-holy-week-4515","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pitmanumc.org\/wp\/?p=6458","title":{"rendered":"PUMC Joins Community to Celebrate Holy Week (4\/5\/15)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This week (&#8220;Passion Week&#8221; or &#8220;Holy Week&#8221;) is perhaps the most important week on the Christian calendar.\u00a0 Our church will join with others in Pitman and with millions across the globe to celebrate the Passion of our Lord and of His Resurrection.<\/p>\n<p>Here&#8217;s the schedule&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>\n\t\t\t<div class='tabs-left et_sliderfx_fade et_sliderauto_false et_sliderauto_speed_5000 et_slidertype_left_tabs clearfix'>\n\t\t\t\t<div class='et_left_tabs_bg'><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<ul class='et-tabs-control'>\n\t\t\t<li><a href='#'>\n\t\t\tThursday 4\/2\n\t\t<\/a><\/li> \n\t\t<li><a href='#'>\n\t\t\tFriday 4\/3\n\t\t<\/a><\/li> \n\t\t<li><a href='#'>\n\t\t\tSaturday 4\/4\n\t\t<\/a><\/li> \n\t\t<li><a href='#'>\n\t\t\tSunday 4\/5\n\t\t<\/a><\/li>\n\t\t<\/ul> <!-- .et-tabs-control --> \n\t\t<div class='et-tabs-content'>\n\t\t\t<div class='et-tabs-content-main-wrap'>\n\t\t\t\t<div class='et-tabs-content-wrapper'>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class='et_slidecontent'>\n\t\t\t<ul>\n<li>7:00PM\u00a0 Holy Thursday (Maundy Thursday) communion service\n\t\t<\/div><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\t\t<div class='et_slidecontent'>\n\t\t\t<ul>\n<li>8:30 AM The women will sponsor our annual Good Friday breakfast (no charge!), and <a href=\"https:\/\/pitmanumc.org\/wp\/?cat=38\" target=\"_blank\">Scott\u00a0Rambo<\/a> will be the speaker.\u00a0 Scott&#8217;s wife, Meg, spoke at last year&#8217;s breakfast.\u00a0 Scott and Meg are missionaries in Africa, and they have a unique story telling way of teaching the Bible.<\/li>\n<li>7:00 PM We will gather to recognize this solemn day during our evening worship service\n\t\t<\/div><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\t\t<div class='et_slidecontent'>\n\t\t\t<ul>\n<li>11:00 Our annual <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/pitmanumc.org\/wp\/?p=6237\" target=\"_blank\">Easter\u00a0Egg\u00a0hunt<\/a><\/span> will begin.
