Band Concert @ PUMC to Support Mexican Church (3\/22\/15)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>For years, our church (along with several other local UMC churches) has been supporting a United Methodist Church in La Palmilla, Mexico.\u00a0 This growing congregation has been struggling to build a new sanctuary that will enable them to further their ministries in this poor region of Mexico.\u00a0 Later this year, a missions team will travel to Mexico to assist in their construction efforts.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/pitmanumc.org\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/La-Palmilla-Concert-Poster-_IMG_1580.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright  wp-image-5841\" src=\"https:\/\/pitmanumc.org\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/La-Palmilla-Concert-Poster-_IMG_1580-228x300.jpg\" alt=\"La Palmilla Concert Poster _IMG_1580\" width=\"154\" height=\"203\" host a Silent Auction and Praise Band Concert to raise funds for this effort (a love offering will be taken during the concert).<\/p>\n<p>The silent auction starts at 5:15 PM and the concert begins at 6:00 PM.\u00a0 Bands from PUMC, Mantua UMC, Trinity UMC (Mullica Hill) and Richwood UMC will lead the worship.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class='et-box et-info'>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class='et-box-content'><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Note: <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">This was originally scheduled for Saturday February 21, but we had to postpone it due to
