How many of us have been on a retreat?\u00a0 Retreats- it’s great to get away from the normal routines and the distractions they cause, and then to focus your thoughts on God.<\/p>\n

But RETREAT?!?\u00a0 We want move forward- to grow.\u00a0 So instead of having a “Retreat,” our youth are attending an “Advance!”<\/p>\n

This year’s “Mid-Winter Advance” will be held at America\u2019s Keswick <\/a>in Whiting, NJ, on the weekend of January 16-18.\u00a0 The weekend will be hosted by a group of college students who will present a program which follows the theme of “Do Something.”\u00a0 The key verse for the weekend is Matthew 25:40<\/a>…<\/p>\n

\u00a0“The King will reply, ‘I tell you the truth, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of mine, you did for me.’ <\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

In addition to the learning and reflection, there will be a lot of fun and things to Do<\/strong>!\u00a0 The group is looking forward to activities such as volleyball tournament, swimming, workshops, skits, alter call, fellowship and lots of singing!<\/p>\n
