On Tuesdays, our church dives into The Word with several small group Bible studies which come before and after a dinner.<\/p>\n
One of these studies has been called the “Early Bird” Bible Study class because it meets at 5:00 before the dinner.\u00a0 Other classes meet after the dinner.<\/p>\n
The Early Bird study is led by Pastor Glenn Chaplin (who also serves as the pastor of the Downer UMC).<\/p>\n
They have recently concluded a study on Heaven, and now they’ve started a new study looking at what it means to answer Christ’s call to “Follow Me.”\u00a0 The study uses a video series entitled “Follow,” hosted by Andy Stanley<\/a> (who is the son of the famous preacher Charles Stanley<\/a>).<\/p>\n Tuesday nights at PUMC is a night for studying the Word (and for enjoying a great dinner)!\u00a0 If the “post-dinner” studies are too late, consider becoming an “early Bird” and joining with Pastor Glenn to consider what it means to “Follow Me.”<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Check out the “following” video clip to get a taste of what this study is about…<\/p>\nAre You Following?<\/span><\/h3>\n
