Each month, the Our Father’s House preschool is featuring a verse of the month and providing opportunities for the kids to live out the verse by participating in mission projects.<\/p>\n

During September<\/a><\/span>, the verse was I John 3:23-24…<\/p>\n

And this is his command: to believe in the name of his Son, Jesus Christ, and to love one another as he commanded us.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n

Those who obey his commands live in him, and he in them. And this is how we know that he lives in us: We know it by the Spirit he gave us.<\/span>

\"OFH<\/a>September’s mission project was to collect boxes of cereal to be donated to the Pitman Food Pantry. A table was placed near the entrance of OFH, and the parents and students of Our Father’s House collected\u00a0 76 Boxes <\/span><\/strong>of cereal!\u00a0 This cereal will help feed the many needy families who visit the Pantry each week.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Even in a seemingly simple act of giving a box of cereal, the children were able to understand the truth of the verse which says to “love one another.”<\/p>\n

In October<\/span>,<\/a> the children will learn another verse and put it into action with another mission project.<\/p>\n
