In each month of this school\u00a0 year, Our Father’s House<\/a><\/span> (our pre-school) features a verse from the Bible and then puts that verse in action through mission.\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/address>\n
Here’s what’s happening in Our Father’s House during<\/span> February…<\/span><\/address>\n<\/address>\n

This month’s verse is Matthew 22:39<\/a><\/span>…<\/p>\n

37-38 Jesus replied: “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’\u00a0\u00a0 This is the first and greatest commandment.<\/em><\/p>\n

39 And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0NIV<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

This Month’s Mission Project…<\/span><\/h3>\n

Love is an action verb.\u00a0 We need to practice love.\u00a0 One of the ways tat we can “do love” is to care for our elderly.\u00a0 Just a visit or a card can mean so much to those who are living in nursing homes.\u00a0 This month, we will make cards for the residents of the Pitman Manor, and our Pre-K classes will visit the Manor.\u00a0 We did this last year<\/a><\/span> and it really warmed a lot of hearts.<\/p>\n
