The 34th annual Pitman – Glassboro CROP Walk will be held on Sunday October 19 (rain or shine), starting at 2PM.<\/p>\n

This ecumenical\u00a0 Walk is organized by several churches in Pitman and Glassboro.\u00a0 Participating are 7 churches from Pitman and 4 from Glassboro.\u00a0 Walkers line up sponsors who pledge either on a per mile basis, or who simply pledge a fixed amount for each walker they sponsor.\u00a0 Two routes are available (one mile or five miles).<\/p>\n

The walk begins and ends at the\u00a0 Sunset Auditorium on Laurel Avenue in Pitman.\u00a0\u00a0 We’ll gather at 1:30 PM to get things started, and then the walk will begin at 2:00 PM.\u00a0\u00a0 In addition to the funds raised by sponsors, food items will be donated to the Pitman Food Pantry.\u00a0 Please bring a jar of peanut butter or box of dry cereal to help feed those in our immediate area.<\/p>\n
