{"id":32297,"date":"2023-07-20T10:24:50","date_gmt":"2023-07-20T14:24:50","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/pitmanumc.org\/wp\/?p=32297"},"modified":"2023-09-03T14:55:39","modified_gmt":"2023-09-03T18:55:39","slug":"pumc-helps-people-in-need-by-hosting-blood-drive-7-13-23","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pitmanumc.org\/wp\/?p=32297","title":{"rendered":"PUMC Helps People in Need by Hosting Blood Drive (7\/13\/23)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">PUMC\u00a0 hosted an American Red Cross Blood Drive in our Fellowship Hall on July 13 2023.\u00a0 We&#8217;ve done this before, and it&#8217;s become a regular event.\u00a0 Most of us have probably given blood before.\u00a0 It seems like a good thing to do.\u00a0 But why?\u00a0 Who are we helping?\u00a0 Is it just a feel-good thing, or is it actually making a difference???<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p>As it turns out, giving blood really does help people.\u00a0 Real people- people like yourself. This drive was held on 7\/13\/23.
