It seems that infectious diseases are having more and more of an impact on our lives.\u00a0 In January we hosted a COVID vaccination clinic.\u00a0 In March we will host a flu vaccination clinic. The vaccination will be administered by the Gloucester County Department of Health & Human Services.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Here are the details:<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

\n\t\t\t\t\t

WHO<\/span><\/strong>:\u00a0 Any Gloucester County Resident (proof of residency will be required)<\/span><\/p>\n

WHAT<\/span><\/strong>:\u00a0 Vaccination against the current flu strain<\/span><\/p>\n

WHEN<\/span><\/strong>:\u00a0 Thursday March 2, 2023<\/span><\/p>\n

TIMEs<\/span><\/strong>:\u00a0 From 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM<\/span><\/p>\n

WHERE<\/span><\/strong>:\u00a0 PUMC Fellowship Hall (enter via the parking lot doors<\/span>)<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

COST<\/span><\/strong>:\u00a0 \u00a0Absolutely free!<\/span><\/p>\n

RESERVATIONS<\/span><\/strong>:\u00a0 Nope.\u00a0 Just come.<\/span><\/p><\/div><\/div>\n

Yep- the clinic will only be open for one hour, but it won’t take long to receive your shot.\u00a0 It is late in the usual flu season, but the flu is circulating around.\u00a0 If you haven’t received the vaccination it’s still worth doing.<\/p>\n

Before receiving the vaccine, you must sign a short “Consent Form.”\u00a0 It will only take a minute, but you can save some time by filling it out in advance.\u00a0 Print it out, fill it out, and bring it with you.\u00a0 To download the form and to view further instructions, click the below button (it will take you to a PFD file that’s on the Gloucester County website):<\/span><\/p>\n
