The Pitman Camp Meeting began its 145th\u00a0 season last week (Sunday June 29).\u00a0 The speaker was the Rev. Bill Wilson, of the Chews Landing United Methodist Church.<\/span><\/p>\n

Moses (aka Bret Walker)<\/p><\/div>\n

This week, the speaker will be Bret Walker.\u00a0 Bret is a member of PUMC who went into the ministry.\u00a0 He is now serving a two point charge as a local pastor in Pedricktown<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/span> (Hudson UMC)and Auburn<\/span><\/a><\/span> (Ebeneezer UMC).\u00a0 During our recent Vacation Bible School<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/span>, Bret taught faith skills while portraying Moses.<\/span><\/p>\n

The camp meeting services are held in the Pitman Grove through August 31.\u00a0 The services begin at 7:30 PM.<\/span><\/p>\n
