The United Methodist Church in La Palmilla Mexico has been near and dear to the heart of PUMC for many years.\u00a0 Over the years, several \"\"teams from PUMC have made the trip to Mexico to help with the construction of the new church.\u00a0 And, each team has returned with a sense of love and community, given to them by the hospitality and vigor of that church family.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

And so, we’re returning to Mexico this summer!<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Informational Meeting for 2018 Missions Trip<\/span><\/h3>\n

We are planning to take another Mexico Mission Team back to La Palmilla, Veracruz, Mexico at the end of July (probably July 20-31, 2019). We will be helping our brothers and sisters at the Methodist Church in the poor rural village of La Palmilla turn their former sanctuary into a kitchen and social hall.<\/p>\n

Any one who loves Jesus and is 17 years old or older is welcome to join us.\u00a0<\/p>\n

There will be an informational meeting at Pitman UMC on Wednesday, October 24 at 7:00 PM.\u00a0 This will be a time to hear more about La Palmilla, the planned trip, responsibilities of team members and to ask any questions.<\/p>\n
