What?!?\u00a0 We’re including information about our “Competition” on our own website?!?<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Yes- we DO believe that some of the best things are happening right here at PUMC.\u00a0 But we sure don’t have the corner on serving God\u00a0 or on good ideas.\u00a0\u00a0 There’s a\u00a0 lot we can learn from other churches. \"\"<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Most churches (or any other organization, for that matter) are active on Facebook.\u00a0 Everyone uses Facebook in different ways, but all\u00a0 of the\u00a0 posts, pictures, and event announcements give us a glimpse into the organization.\u00a0 In our case,\u00a0 looking at the Facebook Pages of other churches gives us a chance to reach beyond our walls and to get the larger picture.\u00a0

Christ’s C<\/strong>hurch is made up of many different c<\/strong>hurches. The Body consists of many different people, and it embraces different traditions and practices. Sometimes our ways of worshiping or even points of theology may differ across denominations, but we’re all on the same team! All of us want to Glorfiy God. So here’s a peak at what’s happening in some of the other churches (United Methodist and otherwise) in our community…<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n
