They operate a 24-hour Crisis Helpline for residents of Camden, Gloucester, Cumberland and Salem Counties who need to talk to someone who really cares, someone who will listen to them, without judgment.<\/p>\n<p>CONTACT also operates a Telephone Reassurance Program for isolated and homebound senior citizens who live alone.
