We remember with the apostle Paul that our citizenship is in heaven. The Lord may use us to help bring many more from all over the world to recognize their real home with Him. So instead of touching just one continent with our service, my current job touches almost every continent. <\/span><\/p>\n

Here is what my boss says about our being here in Orlando…<\/span><\/p>\n

– Duane & Alice Walters<\/div><\/div>\n

\u201cIt was the best news in 2013 when the HR department told me that Duane and Alice would be joining the International Financial Management team (IFM) for this year. <\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cI got to know them while living in Germany and was part of their wedding in 1993. \u00a0I was delighted to have such friends join us, but I am particularly thrilled to have a person with Duane’s experience and expertise in accounting, financial reporting and auditing on our team.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cHundreds of CCC staff members from over 100 countries have ministry partners in the U.S. These partners would not be able to give to these staff members were it not for Duane, who sets up the channels for these gifts. \u00a0And those gifts would not be transmitted to the recipients if Duane didn’t do his part in sending significant amounts of money each month to over 150 countries.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cMinistry partners and leadership need reports on how monies are spent and what the financial situation and impact is around the world. \u00a0Duane is involved in collecting, analyzing and compiling this information, so that the resources the Lord has given His people can be in the right place at the right time.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cThe Walters’ desire to serve where needed and willingness to do it \u2018behind the scenes\u2019 is accelerating the building of movements everywhere \u00a0– \u00a0so that everybody will know somebody who truly follows Jesus. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
