(10\/30\/16)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Sunday October 30 has two things about it that are special to PUMC: \n\t\t\t<div class='et-tabs-container et_sliderfx_fade et_sliderauto_false et_sliderauto_speed_5000 et_slidertype_top_tabs'>\n\t\t\t\t<ul class='et-tabs-control'>\n\t\t\t<li><a href='#'>\n\t\t\tTHING 1\n\t\t<\/a><\/li> \n\t\t<li><a href='#'>\n\t\t\tTHING 2\n\t\t<\/a><\/li>\n\t\t<\/ul> <!-- .et-tabs-control --> \n\t\t<div class='et-tabs-content'>\n\t\t\t<div class='et-tabs-content-main-wrap'>\n\t\t\t\t<div class='et-tabs-content-wrapper'>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class='et_slidecontent'>\n\t\t\tBack in November of 1885,\u00a0 the PITMAN GROVE METHODIST EPISCOPAL CHURCH was organized.\u00a0 From that small beginning of 43 members, we have grown into what is now the &#8220;Pitman United Methodist Church.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s our birthday and we are now 131 years old!\n\t\t<\/div> \n\t\t<div class='et_slidecontent'>\n\t\t\tIt&#8217;s the 5th Sunday of the month!\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div> <!-- .et-tabs-container --><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>So,coupled with something that&#8217;s true of us every day (<strong>we love to eat!<\/strong>), we&#8217;re all going to worship together during a single service and follow that worship service with\u00a0 a luncheon.<\/p>\n<p>Here are the details:<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">DATE<\/span><\/strong>:\u00a0 Sunday, October 30\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">TIME<\/span><\/strong>:\u00a0 10:15 (One service of worship)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">FOOD<\/span><\/strong>: Covered dish luncheon following the service<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">\n<li>Sunday school will be held (for kids and youth) during the service.<\/li>\n<li>The Potter&#8217;s Hand class will not meet.<\/li>\n<li>The nursery WILL be available during the service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ham, beverages, and desert will be provided at the lunch.\u00a0 If you&#8217;re able to bring some side dishes, please do so.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_8843\" style=\"width: 261px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-8843\" class=\"wp-image-8843 \" src=\"https:\/\/pitmanumc.org\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/Building-pre50s-_Watson-400w-300x221.jpg\" alt=\"Building pre50s _Watson 400w\" width=\"251\" height=\"185\" srcset=\"https:\/\/pitmanumc.org\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/Building-pre50s-_Watson-400w-300x221.jpg 300w, https:\/\/pitmanumc.org\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/Building-pre50s-_Watson-400w.jpg 327w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 251px) 100vw, 251px\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-8843\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Pre-1950, Broadway &amp;
