Pastor Mike has two big passions.\u00a0 He loves music, but more importantly, he loves Jesus!\u00a0 He plays guitar and sings, but not to be be a rock star.\u00a0 At Pitman UMC, our goal is always to use our talents to make Jesus famous.\u00a0 We strive to “create a climate where Spiritual Growth occurs.”\u00a0 That “wordsmithed” phrase in our official purpose statement is just a fancy way of saying that we always want to put ourselves into a spot where we can see Jesus. <\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

That might be easy to do on a Sunday morning, but in the middle of the week, sometimes we need to “recharge.”\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Each week, Pastor Mike posts a mini-devotion on Facebook called “Catacomb Praise.”\u00a0 The posts are on his own Facebook Page and also in our church’s Facebook Group.\u00a0 For those who don’t “do Facebook,” you can view the messages below.\u00a0 Catacomb Praise is a chance to take a few minutes during the week to connect with God through music, Word, and prayer.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n
