Let's Talk it Over!

Having a Conversation

The purpose of our church is to Make Disciples. The problem we all run into is that we're all human!  We all have concerns, fears, and even doubts when it comes to matters of faith.

But one of the big things we have going for us is that we're able to help each other by sharing our thoughts.  One of the features of this website is its ability to function as a Blog (weBLOG).  You'll notice that under every post on the website there's a field that says "Enter Comment." This allows any visitor comment on a post, or to ask questions, or to reply to someone else's comment and answer their questions.

Unlike Facebook or other social media, all comments are moderated. Nothing is published unless its approved by the webmaster.

We use two general rules when approving comments:

  1. It has to be on topic.
  2. It has to further the purpose of our church.

Admittedly, there's a lot of subjectivity in these, but we reserve the right to refuse any comments.  We may also make minor edits (to correct obvious type-os) as long as it doesn't change the meaning.

When you submit a comment, the form will ask for a name and email address. The name will be published exactly as shown; feel free to just use a first name. The email address will NOT be published.  We ask for it in case we need to follow up or ask for clarification on a comment before approving it.

Talk it Up!!!

But don't let any of the above scare you off!  We want a free-wheeling open conversation that helps anyone who visits our site to draw nearer to God through our Savior Jesus Christ.  Read the posts and share your reaction... What impressed you?  What encouraged you? What discouraged you?  What questions did it raise?  What answers did it provide???
