Former PUMC’er John Inverso was sick during last night’s ordination service, so his commissioning as a provisional elder was put off until this morning (Saturday 5/30). We packed 30,000 meals in 3 hrs. They included rice, soy, vegetables, and vitamin packs that can stay fresh for up to 3 years when sealed. They will be sent to a few of the 35 countries that this charity works with. We may possibly be holding a session just like this at PUMC....

Pastor Kee Presents Award

Former PUMC associate pastor Kee Young Yang presents Denman awards. One of the awards went to Charlie Burch (of Toms River) for his service in many ministries.  Charlie is known by many PUMC members through his involvement in the Garden State Walk to Emmaus. Pastor Kee was ordained a couple of years ago and was appointed to Bay Head during last year’s conference.  Has it been a year already???...
